Terms of Service & Operational Agreement

1. Investment Schedules & Daily Returns Calculation

All capital commitments placed into PipGet investment tiers operate under strict proprietary execution cycles. Investors agree to the following operational framework:

Trading Schedule: Daily Return on Investment (ROI) is generated and accrued exclusively on Working Days (Monday through Friday). Saturday and Sunday are non-trading operational windows; no ROI is calculated or credited over weekends.
Tenure & Lock-in Period: Each active plan operates for a fixed cycle of 40 Working Days. Capital remains deployed within institutional trading pools during this duration to maintain liquidity margins.
Early Capital Liquidation: Principal allocations cannot be withdrawn prior to the completion of the 40-working-day cycle. Premature termination requests are strictly prohibited to protect liquidity desk stability.

2. Withdrawal Thresholds & Processing Fees

Automated yield payouts are subject to standardized network overheads and automated balance checks to prevent system abuse:

                                Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: The minimum allowable withdrawal request is $10.00 USD. Request amounts below this limit will remain in the account wallet balance.
Withdrawal Processing Fee: All outgoing fund transfers carry a standard 2.5% processing and network maintenance fee, deducted automatically from the requested payout amount.
Execution Window: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal network traffic conditions. System updates may extend execution times up to 48 hours.

                            

3. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfers & Non-Reversibility Clause

PipGet provides internal Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfers allowing registered investors to send account liquidity directly to other active users within the ecosystem.

CRITICAL P2P LIABILITY NOTICE:

All Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfers are conducted entirely at the user's sole risk and discretion. Once a P2P transfer is authorized and dispatched by the sender, funds are permanently transferred and CANNOT BE RETURNED, CANCELLED, OR REVERSED under any circumstances. PipGet assumes zero legal or financial liability for incorrect recipient IDs, user disputes, or unauthorized third-party wallet exchanges. Always double-check recipient credentials before confirming.

4. Anti-Fraud Policy & Account Integrity

To protect our proprietary capital ecosystem, PipGet enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity and commission manipulation:

Single Account Rule: Each individual user is permitted to hold and operate exactly one (1) account. Operating multiple accounts under shared IP addresses or device IDs is strictly banned.
Self-Referral Prevention: Creating secondary accounts to claim the 20% Referral Commission (self-referral abuse) will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of generated bonuses, and permanent blacklisting.
Identity Verification: The company reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) at any point prior to processing high-volume payouts.

5. Affiliate Program & Commission Terms

Members participating in our 20% Instant Referral Program must comply with structural commission guidelines:

Active Status Requirement: Referral bonuses are credited only to users who maintain an active capital plan (Minimum $20 Starter Plan).
Non-Refundable Bonus Status: Affiliate commissions generated from referral deposits are final. Abuse of promotional links via spamming or deceptive marketing will cause immediate referral link revocation.

6. Operational Force Majeure & Platform Rights

PipGet Proprietary Trading LLC maintains strict risk controls, but holds zero liability for external factors beyond reasonable administrative control, including global liquidity outages, network hard forks, regional cyber breaches, or regulatory shifts. The firm retains full authority to suspend accounts engaging in suspicious activity.

7. System Performance & Risk Allocation Provisions

By accessing the platform services, users agree to the financial framework and execution dynamics managed by our proprietary trading algorithms and analysts. Platform performance statistics and ROI rates represent targeted performance metrics derived from institutional strategies. Financial markets remain inherently variable; unexpected macro-economic events, extreme market volatility, or systemic liquidity adjustments may influence daily operational yield distributions. Users acknowledge that trading participation involves structural capital management risks and agree to hold PipGet indemnified against systemic market variances.
